Refund policy

Awasanta Outdoors will happily exchange or refund your item up to 14 days, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED).

*Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.

Enjoy the convenience of free return shipping for returns & exchanges, with a restocking fee of $7.50 exclusively applied to returns for refunds

RETURN POLICY

Refund: Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS (depending on what label was created for you), please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return. Please note that the $7.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit: We will exchange your item for store credit. Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours.

Exchanges: We will exchange your item, only for a different size. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*

Awasanta Outdoors does not accept any responsibility for products/orders returned outside the return portal.
